Building Our Dream: A Family, A Farmhouse, and a Future with Bullies

"When Jake and I got married in 2017—me at 19, him at 21—we were young, wildly in love, and filled with dreams. We didn’t have much, but we had each other, and that was enough to start a life. What we didn’t know then was that a dog would soon shape the course of our future in ways we never imagined.

​

Jake came into our relationship with Bully, a stunning American Bully with a heart as soft as her name was bold. She wasn’t just a pet—she was family. Watching her with our children, Jacob and Thalia, was like witnessing pure magic. She was patient, nurturing, and so deeply loyal. When our kids were babies, she was their furry guardian angel, always close, always gentle.

Bully opened my eyes to the beauty of her breed. Before her, I knew the stereotypes— but Bully shattered every single one. She sparked something in me: a deep love for American Bullies and a passion to learn everything I could about them. Jake felt the same. We spent years reading, watching, and listening—absorbing every bit of information we could about the breed.

Even though we dreamed of opening a kennel, we knew that dreams without stability are just wishes. We promised ourselves we’d build a solid foundation first. That meant careers, saving, and finding the perfect property—not just for us, but for the future bullies we hoped to raise.

In 2023, that dream started to take shape. We finally found it: a cozy farmhouse nestled on a piece of land that felt like home the moment we stepped onto it. We had reached a place in our lives where everything finally aligned—our children were growing, our careers were established, and we were ready.

​

By 2024, it was time. We were thrilled to connect with Ryan and Mike at Monster Bully Kennels, two incredible people who understood our vision and helped us find our first female puppies for future programming. It felt like the beginning of something we had been working toward for years—a dream no longer distant, but real and in motion.

​

Our mission is simple but powerful: to breed beautiful, healthy, well-tempered XL American Bullies that any family can love, just like we love Bully. But even more than that, we want to be part of changing the conversation about this amazing breed— they're family dogs, gentle giants, loyal companions.

Together, as a family, we’re building more than a kennel. We’re building a legacy of love, education, and pride in the breed that gave so much to us."
